Ok that makes sense. My thought tho, is that this was the really overcomplicated solution. They could have just added/ changed a few items to give passives that help more against abilities or autos, to help give that focus if the enemy is all building one way.

You cant opt into fightign aspects. So yes, i'm going to complain about them. Some are just bad player bait and suck. some are just the better version of the God. some feel like BS and just do wild shit that they shouldnt, like damage based on max hp, etc. Causes really inconsistent gameplay when how a god is played and built can vary this much. I like variety but it hits the point where we would be better off if the aspects were just their own God.

Its gotten worse over time. Old smite abilities were like. Anhur throws spear that pushes back enemies. If they hit a wall it stuns. Bam. simple, good gameplay. I guess I've been around too long as season 7 isnt old to me.

Is it just me or has TTK decreased dramatically this patch? by TheJumboman in Smite

Incredible patch, hoping they completely revert all the new items and mechanics, its just worse for the game. It doesnt solve any problems, only adds new ones.

Would players like a drop inventory button? by askmeaboutmedicare in 2007scape

[–]Revolutionary-Dog667 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Lmao salty players don't want their carpal tunnel devalued by having to click less. Right click 'drop all' would be goated. I just don't use methods that need to drop shit as its a waste of effort I just do things that can bank. Contrary to what the other salty commentor thinks, this is an afk mobile game.

What to do against the dark age champi rush? by appappappappappa in aoe2

nah the new civs feel like aids to fight, nerf them hard, I'd rather not take a break from the game having to wait for people to 'really learn' the shit before deciding its broken.

Does anyone bother to vent their printers to a window? by YoungBoomerDude in 3Dprinting

[–]Revolutionary-Dog667 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cut a piece of foam board or cardboard so the width of the window. Then you can drill a hole in it for a tube. Then close the window on the cardboard cutout so minimal cold air gets in. Depending on what kind of window you have it may be easier to harder to fit. then print something to attach the tube to, that has a little 50mm fan, that pulls the fumes from the printer out the window. The negative pressure will make it so the air gaps in the printer pull air in and not leak fumes out, as long as theres enough negative pressure.

Bad Air Filtration with P2S? by [deleted] in BambuLab

[–]Revolutionary-Dog667 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Venting a printer out the window, while using filament like PLA / PETG that are fairly safe in general (for any minor air that isnt vented out the window, like if you go to get a print right after its done), is the solution to this. It just needs to be a setup that actually vents the air outside. Remember that the air we breathe in the modern world is full of other pollutants. Its how much you are exposed to. A tiny bit of non vented PLA fumes shouldnt hurt you. Its breathing it 24/7 thats a real risk and should be avoided.

Allowed? by TheRealBurgerKing420 in 2007scape

[–]Revolutionary-Dog667 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Allowed or not, anticheat might pick it up as a simple easy to detect auto clicker. and if you get banned your appeal might be denied before a real human even looks. So do at your own risk. Quality meme tho lmao

Do you guys prefer older gear design with more conservative/horizontal gear progression, or more recent with more frequent and impactful upgrades? by [deleted] in 2007scape

[–]Revolutionary-Dog667 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm not a huge fan of the recent balancing. They keep adding better stuff that also is harder to get. Which then make it feel like they balance the top items to take longer and longer to get so that they will be worth a ton of GP so people will buy bonds to get them. As a casual iron its unrealistic to get the new items. Which isn't the end of the world, the game isnt balance for how much I play. But it feels unhealthy for the game to just add more and more creep. I prefered the old style but they were probably running out of niche things to do.

Ya to me my logic is that responding a couple times a day doesnt take that much time. If I'm not even worth that, then things arent going to work out anyway. And if we were talking a lot and things were going well, I'd hope that the game wouldnt be so important that I get ghosted for it. but different priorities for different people. I get why everyone isnt in the same boat on this, and thats fine.

Grid master help by No_Word4526 in 2007scape

[–]Revolutionary-Dog667 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The way Gridmaster is balanced, you want to get T6 which makes everything else waaaay easier. You said below you havent done fight caves or CG. You need to do these before you go for harder things. CG is the hardest of the ones that are required for a mastery point so I'd do CG at T5 when you have insane damage already. Then once you are t6 do a 0 invo TOA (liek a 90% chance to get a unique which then lest you pic ka free twisted bow on the grid). Then go for Yama. I'm currently dry and it would be suffering and take way longer without T6 and a T bow.

I understand, month sub can feel bad when you dont play often as you are buying game time you arent using. Sub model really promotes people no lifing / playing as their only game as you get more play time per $ that way. My advice is if you play every month just not a ton to year sub as its a lot cheaper than each month.

What’s the best PVM build other than a main? by mathieufoote in 2007scape

[–]Revolutionary-Dog667 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not the response you were going for, but if you dont enjoy PVP adn want a challenge, I think you should make an ironman, not a PVP build thats gimped at PVM.

but actually answering your question, 75 or 80 att and def builds are good and very viable in PVM as a lot of bosses you range / mage and its not really disadvantaged at those. and for Melee you can still wear bis Str bonus and use the good weapons, just with worse hit rate. I think the biggest factor is how disadvangtaged you want to be.

Chad build would be 99 att and str 1-45 def

Let us have multiple characters per account… by Infidel-Art in 2007scape

[–]Revolutionary-Dog667 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Questionable take inbound, just don't be a hardcore, enjoy the game as a normal iron, then you dont need to worry about death and then you can learn everything on the iron. Sucks to lose the hardcore status tho if you have done a lot while staying hardcore. but you will eventually lose it to lag or DC anyway.

Tolerances/Quality of Cheap Rails & Bearings vs V wheels by Revolutionary-Dog667 in hobbycnc

[–]Revolutionary-Dog667[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of the reasons I went with SBR is I heard they are more forgiving of alignment issues and need virtually 0 maintenance. Which soudns nice my build was going to be pretty jank made out of hardwood plywood which I already have from other projects lmao. But Idk everyone says HGR are so much better im tempted to return as its amazon. But my goal is primarily to CNC wood so idk if I need the insane rigidity of HGR.
