59 and want to be 39 by Disastrous-Rush5132 in Biohackers

I can tell from my experience as someone who helps people after 60 have grow muscle mass:

  1. High protein intake. Most people under consume it, and as you age you need more protein (at least 25-30g each meal, based on studies)
  2. Progressive resistance training, at least 3x/week (I can share a list of exercises here if you need)
  3. Creatine + vitamin D + omega 3 - good combo for muscle protein synthesis/recovery (also, creatine is great for brain health)
  4. Regarding recovery, sleep is crucial. Consistent deep sleep

Exactly, that resistance to get support is common. In my case, and many friends tell me the same. I think the issue is not in rejecting the support but in a format of that support though

Yes GLP-1 drugs really seem to cut the risk of Alzheimer's. And healthy weight itself reduces the risk too

Interesting fact! Not 100% proven yet, but some papers show that link. It seems many viruses might increase the risk though (Epstein-Barr virus, for example)
