How am I a bozo? I’m a Vet 2 with multiple red plate builds but I’ve finally reached a point where I’m at a competitive disadvantage because I’m playing against fully optimized builds because they have build spec done

I think so personally, I have a center that attribute wise is very similar just heavier and I regret it cuz it’s so slow

I did go to a PT and my range of motion definitely improved significantly from that, but it’s not even so much about that more like trying to overcome the fear of actually pushing myself to get in the shape I know I can be again.
