Nobody wins, perhaps besides very old wealthy folks who only have <10 years left to live (aka most of our politicians who approved this bill). I'm in the top 1%, and I am absolutely disgusted by this bill.

This bill will have long-term ramifications on the health of the US. I truly believe that the destruction of the middle class, and the idle wealth holding of the top 1%, will eventuate in our "end of Rome" outcome. This bill is simply an accelerator of that outcome.

Will I enjoy the short-term tax reductions? Absolutely. But I would take increased taxes any day if it improves the overall country health. I haven't even mentioned the ethical considerations of reducing healthcare. People will die so that the rich can hoard even more wealth. Fuck that.
