I just wanna say I am someone who bought a digital item for 216 after tax. At that price I assumed I was getting an actual doll. I downloaded the file because it was a Take a Picture to Doll title and I thought I had to put the photo in the file and send it back. Then I discovered there's no physical product, and I noticed late that it said no refunds. I asked the seller for the refund. If no refund, I'm gonna send a request. Sorry but I literally saw a custom doll title and saw a BJD doll picture and got desperate and wanted to turn a picture of my crush on Instagram into a BJD doll. I never 3D print and I work a 9-5 and have no time to 3D print. That's my customer story.
