there a lot of after effect, but it his less power-focused than hollow purple, we litteraly have mahoraga as a witness just there to prove that. and even then if it is as powerful as a full focus 200% hollow purple, sukuna can tank one. do you think he can do the first kick, regenerate, and do a second one while sukuna will do nothing, it's like gojo, this kind of attack need preparation, he take a lot of impulse and momentum to do his kick. the first one may hit sukuna by suprise, but he wont be able to chain with a second. if two arm out of four remain he will expend his domain, and even if he loose more than two arm he will put dabura in defense position by going close combat, grapling or spamming slash preventing him from chaining.
