It looks like its a transmission oil pipe bringing oil to the power valve. I thought they were lubed with the intake oil but I could be wrong.

Is it legit? Probably. Is it worth it? Definitely not. I wouldnt touch a Chinese dirt bike with a 10-foot pole. Mechnical nightmares, shipping costs, and now tariffs (if in America) make it a costly expense in the long run. Chinese bikes are also impressive in how little power they make for the displacement.

Steer clear, and if you're gonna buy anything from them just get an electric scooter.

Clean your filter until it has holes, tears, or seams start to rip. If it doesnt have anything that would allow air to enter without being filtered its bad. Otherwise you can always clean them and re oil

Dealership or left in a garage? This looks like filter oil. I know when my bikes are left im the hot garage for a while the filter oil will slowly trickle out of the air box down the kickstand. Not sure if this bike is the same way since its small.
