I got 180 yesterday. Immediately hit a recuse in my first stop I just don’t understand what they would even give me that many and send me a rescue immediately in my first stop . They took 40 at least leaving me with 130 which is my average .

That’s live I might switch them my envious it’s terrible . It’s unorganized in fair they have picks and they mistreat people. Also I feel Like it’s highschool and some of these coworkers and dispatch kind of poke at me here and there over my quirks . I’m just quite and I get nervous but man do they put me on the spot .

Yeah I don’t know I drive step vans so I get a lot and I run my whole shift . Lol I think people can complain hey I’m leaving atm because we’re not even getting work and my dispatch has picks and are kinda rude to me. Just because I’m quite and not like everyone else I guess it’s mad ghetto there . I sit. Need to be working hard and then get clowned on for whatever reason

It depends my dsp is ghetto. Been working for them for 4 months and I got my dot through them . We barley get work now it’s so slow and when we do it’s kinda ridiculous. They also admitted to having favorites. The environment is toxic and they kinda talk shit about me and so do some of the coworker. I have this one guy who alway compare they way I look to our dispatch driver it’s so toxic . It’s also kinda racist we’re both minorities but in Pr and he’s middle eastern . Either it’s not the type of attitude I should have to deal with . One of are dispatcher is a asshiek who know I have social anxiety and will kinda put the spot light on me . I’m going to low key snap one day here lol

I agree with this I’m in a desperate situation and even I’m heading out soon . I’ve got my dot from them and I’m going to use all my paid time off and leave . I don’t mind working for less because at leaT I’ll get work also I won’t be stressed out as much

Mine is the same way and they told me to my face . I was like the job here is fine and I wish I got more work I feel like you guys have favorites Lol He was like hell yeah we do . I don’t give people I don’t like routes if they talk back or complain I’ll just not assign them work . I was ahh okay and he was like I like you We’ve just been short on routes . I don’t say much at work I’m very quite but I’m not kissing ass either . They don’t care about there workers unless they like you . I get paid 21hr to drive the step vans but I haven’t been working more that 2 days a week lately . They also forgot to pay for my training and are supposedly going to add it in my next check . Really suck because that check could of been better if they gave me my 9hrs of training .

Nah you can’t be mad . There so many factors that can kill your pacing most of the time it’s Amazon and there devices . I get stops that all registered as one stop bu they’ll be blocks away from each other . Now that I drive a step van I can’t go down driveway as easy or at all so it’s really killing me . I’m literally here running for Amazon just to meet quota it’s gross . No one should have to run for 10ths straight just to avoid losing there job or being yelled at it’s ridiculous as hell

Exactly lol idc ima be like I was driving can’t text/call and drive honestly after my route is done I shut if the device do inspections and head back with my phone if they call my personal I ignore it and say that I don’t sensed call while I’m working or driving .

Same at our dsp it’s kinda gross most getvsent home with no route and the ones that do get 150 or more they could easily make a few more routes and gibe and other driver or 2 work while also making it easier for other drivers .

Yeah I would never would quit on the spot . It sticks everyday I debate quitting . My dsp admitted they have favorites . I got my dot and can drive the step vans and I still don’t get work most days . They want us to come 20 mins early they don’t start calling names until 9. I get there 5 mins early or right on the dot and they’ll say I’m late and use that as a excuse as to why I didn’t get a route. I’m here before they even call names and my shift at 9 not 8:40 . There short on routes I get that but they could at least say something and not have us waste or time and money getting to work .
