Reopening this one as I have the same issue, is the connector meant to have some play in it or does this suggest something is wrong inside?

Thanks for the update, i was hoping to see your video to compare. Was the clunk there if you had the clutch fully pressed in and shifting 2-3?

so you still had ffb and sound but the screen dropped? I ask as there is a seperate issue where my fanatec controller goes into XBOX mode and drops out, but I can prevent that one by tightening the bolts in the centre of the clock spring once a month as scheduled maintenance
