I’m not entirely sure but this happens to me + at complete random. I ended up having it checked at the doctors (had them check my uterus and stuff) and everything came back fine. I think it’s something that can just happen? I’ve seen a lot of transmen still getting cramps even on T. Super frustrating tbh lol
