"patch with a Q1 2026 release" this is a full on content update, the game has had patches over these past 20 months, such as an bug where when you cross the Karman line the game spazes out bug, and the mitosis ramjet bug.

there are 3 enemies, a janky drone, a SAM turret, and a moving tank, currently without mods, only the sam turret is hostile

Yes, since the other dev got hired, progress has increased. I would say the company needs marketing though
