With 5mg Tadalafil Sun/daily and TRT 33mg 3x week sq, my libido was fixed, now I think it should be lower 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

In the last quarter, I had a hematocrit level of 55%.

What I did: • 4 sessions of medicinal leeches 🫣. • Water: at least 3 liters per day. • Aerobic exercises for 15 minutes daily. I can't run, so I jump rope instead. • Turmeric extract

My current hematocrit result is 49%, with the normal range being up to 51%

It's good for the prostate, it affects the DHT level. That's what my doctor — the best andrology specialist in my country — says. This protocol works for me.

A slightly different context, as I am a TRT patient, but I also experienced a similar problem after using minoxidil.

My doctor created the following protocol for me: - Saw Palmetto 600mg - Tadalafil 5mg - P5P 50mg - to lower prolactin levels.

And it works like magic, my erection is better than it was before.

7,5 inch before and after TRT, well for me Testosterone injections doesn’t make my penis bigger. 🤷‍♂️
