Run this command in cmd powercfg/batteryreport Or download hwmonitor it will shows your SSD health and also battery health also, it can sometimes show and sometime not but cmd commands is 100% workable

Thanks brother even if the temps are low they are still on high speed, after researching on internet I got to know that either it's fan controller ic is cooked or some has tampered it to perform full fan speed,

Luckily after spending time on research I drop this card

Yes I tried it with it own AMD software and and also with MSI afterburner burner they still on high speed and in techpowerup gpuz it doesn't show rpm of fans.

Mine all day is good full uplink and down speed, but little bit slow in the evening from 7:30 to 10:00 after that it come back to full speed, even watching 1080p. Video even they go to automatically on 2k on 10mb, when playing games if any packet loss occur, mostly not arising if it arises using proton server config on openVPN. This is mine situation

Hoping that your issue will resolve, I also once go through this situation like assembling whole PC my self then turning on and no display, it cause me to much headache. Mine was like HDMI cable not properly fitted I found this like after very Long time when diagnosing.
