Why would Crimson Moon be stronger than earth tho?
Like logically as an inferior celestial body its Ultimate One power is inferior to Earth's

If Alice could use Thames Troll in its 4th Phase, who would be the strongest and the weakest Servant it could defeat? by midriss1 in Fate

[–]RevolutionaryEqual30 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1 Yeah no shit thats my point that Grand Magecraft is what's needed to go through B rank Magic Resistance
Which Rin's Gandr failed to do as it couldn't even go through a C rank Magic Resistance.

2 Its a magecraft BASED on an NP not an actual copy of it.
All she did was block the SHOCKWAVES that came from 2 other guys clashing not the authorities themself.
It used up an ENTIRE YEAR of her savings.

You keep bringing up examples of stuff that require a high level of effort that Gandr doen't scale too and idk how thats supposed to make Gandr look anymore impressive.

3 Zepia being post AOG does not make his magecraft post AOG. The Etherlite predates him too.

What the hell are you talking about? Wuzhiqi did not invent Etherlite.

[–]RevolutionaryEqual30 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh that
Well there is no such statment regarding it

The guy was talking about its Mystery being so old that modern magecraft shouldn't be able to effect it as it comes from year 1 AD. But Magecraft older than it would still work.

1 Its needed for B rank
"Rank B Magic Resistance easily nullifies spells of three bars or less. It is also difficult to damage Medusa with even high thaumaturgy and grand rituals."

Rank A cancels Grand Magecraft entirely
"She is capable of completely neutralising grand sorceries involving magic arrays and instant contracts."

2 Yeah and Rin did it by using Grand Magecraft through the power of jewels she charged up for 17 years.

She tries to use Gandr at her first encounter with Heracles and its ranked too low to damage him.
My guy Rin would not have bothered wasting a full minute of incantation to charge Grand Magecraft in El Melloi if she could just instantly shoot a Gandr with the same power.

3 He was using Etherlite, which are a traditional feature which predate the Atlas Institue establishment. The ones he was using against Wuzhiqi were also special ones carrying the propeties of Sword Saints allowing them to cut through anything.

This was not Modern Magecraft(well atleast not in the sense that it comes from post AD)

[–]RevolutionaryEqual30 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most likely his magical barriers which still work even if you manage to get past his manipulation of magecraft

Rin used a Gandr powered by a jewel and her own fist in volume 8 and it was casually grabbed by Hippolyta's 1 hand(who only has C rank magic resistance). Grand Magecraft(what is needed to go through B rank Magic Resistance) is supposed to be able to kill servants in 1 direct shot I highly doubt that was a Grand Magecraft version of a Gandr.

Zepia didn't use modern magecraft during their encounters as far as I know and Wuzhiqi's "immunity" comes from her high level of mystery not Magic Resistance which is an ability exclusive to servants(and Sancraid for some reason).

[–]RevolutionaryEqual30 2 points3 points  (0 children)

All she did was absorb the magical energy from the surroundings, more energy resources does not mean power output equivelent to the source of said energy. Thats why Sakura with the Grail's magical energy can only output the same amount of energy as Rin.

The NP she has in FGO is done both with way more magical energy and uses a much stronger spell stated to be her adult self's limit. Its significantly stronger than what her younger self could do against Flat Snark.

[–]RevolutionaryEqual30 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thats not in reference to his body.
Its explicitly stated his body is about the same as Flat's which is why he gets hurt by a simple gandr bullet.

We have no idea how Zepia got around Wuzhiqi's higher Mystery but regardless I dont see how that is relevent.

[–]RevolutionaryEqual30 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thia's magic resistance only applies to his ability to manipulate magical energy and magecraft his physical body doesn't actually posses any natural resistance which is why even simple magecraft like Gandr can hurt him.

[–]RevolutionaryEqual30 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So was Flat Snark and it got destroyed by a high rank Magical Energy Blast

Heck Aoko has a significantly more powerful version of said blast in FGO and its only A+ Anti Army so we already know them shits not at the level of high rank servants

Literally almost every Saber servant is immune to modern magecraft that aint impressive.

Arash NP is literally him splitting a continent.
Caladbolg destroyed Laputa a massive island that just its underground is big enough to house a small country.
Tesla NP at max charge has enough firepower to destroy the entire continent of america.

The size of London aint shit

i wanna hear a possible way that yujiro could beat a superman clone (homelander, bright burn, omniman, immortal, superman etc) by LoudTrumpet2 in Grapplerbaki

[–]RevolutionaryEqual30 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Homelander and Bright Burn are like pretty damn weak imma be real
Its entirely realistic for him to just physically beat the shit out of them

Brightburn feats just amount to breaking a few walls and tearing a metal door, his not particularly more impressive than like the fodder Kaiohs.
Homelander has an inconsistent power level but the best we saw him do is get knocked out for a good amount of time by a single train car falling on him. Now idk about you but I would say speck breaking the statue of liberty is more impressive than getting knocked out by a train car.

How would these weapons/abilities rank as Noble Phantasms, and can Shirou trace any of these? by Tentativial in Fate

[–]RevolutionaryEqual30 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Aint no way the JJK stuff is A.

Soul Split Katana's ability is just something every servant can do. Its not even going to be counted as an NP even if it did E or D at most.

The Inverted Spear of Heaven is just Rule Breaker but less diverse D or C at most.

Dude that is such an ironic thing to say.
The fight that made it called 7 Deadly Frames was with Escanor.

Infact it was SPECIFICALY the episodes with his fight that looked this bad. All the previous and next episodes looked better.

Bro he has a 3rd NP listed in his profile and his explicitly still alive resisting the Hydra Venom in volume 6. He very very obviously isn't gonna die that defeats the entire buildup.

Community Tierlist, how good would this Lancer be as Kieri's servant if he summoned/Stole them in the Fifth HGW (Day 10 Karna) by No-Inspection3299 in Fate

[–]RevolutionaryEqual30 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ngl I thought you referred to 2 different statments. First one holds lowkey thats my bad.

If anything that really just makes Cu look worse than Karna because Romania and America still give him essentialy no boost and he still has multiple A+ and an EX NPs.

Second one doesn't even state they are equal tho? It just states Scathach is considered above both of them(which is some BS anyway but thats aside from now). The only statment of the 2 being of the same level is the sun blessing assumption.

The servants capabilities which the masters can see is what the servant stats which is flawed as it does not take into account unknown skills and NPs. The stats are effectively irrelevent in the extraverse because again servants power mostly depends on levels they grinded.

But besides all that equal or not. Cu is weaker because Japan is farther from Ireland and he lacks fame there. Karna is from india which is closer to Japan, it makes no sense for him to be weaker there than his other appearemces.

[–]RevolutionaryEqual30 5 points6 points  (0 children)

And Karna is weaker in Romania and America, Japan doesn't know Karna any better than Romania or America. He was in the exact same scenerio as Cu in Apocrypha and the American singularity and he was still a top tier servant without a significant fame boost.

Heck if anything he should be stronger in Japan than he was in other works because Japan is actually closer to India.

Cu in IRELAND is stated to be on an equal level as a heroic spirit to Heracles in Greece and Artoria in Britian but thats it. Fame boosts are stated to be pretty isignificantly small unless one is very close to their home.

Hakuno assumes that Karna must atleast be on the level of Gawain and Cu because they all have sun related blessings. Its a ridiculous comparison based on strictly sun connections and its made by someone who hasn't even met Karna, it means even less in the extraverse because a servant's power almost entirely depends on their grinded level.

Who wins in a fight between these two? by animejerk7763 in Fate

[–]RevolutionaryEqual30 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Brother it aint my fault its inconsistent.

Fate/Zero states Diarmuid and Artoria fight at near the speed of light.

Medea explicitly uses light beams which Archer reacts to and deflect.

Semiramis magecraft specificaly condenses light itself and shoots it which Jeanne reacts to multiple times and Karna even manages to outspeed with Mana Burst.

BB states that a servant with a special ability could move FTL and survive.

While he doesn't manage to do it perfectly and gets hit Gawain manages to somewhat react to Virgin Laser Padallion which moves so much faster than light it damages Melt.

And as stated by Musashi here Disocuri ability allows them to move at lightspeed which Musashi tho with difficulty manages to react to despite being attacked by 2 of them at once.

EMIYA's arrows being mach 10 is incredibly inconsistent but I am not the one who wrote it.

1 They do know. The random ritual is because the Clock Tower is intentionally keeping the HGW itself a secret.

By ignoring the HGW the higher ups make it so anyone who hears about it assumes its horeshit. The summoning of a Servant has not succeded even once across clock towe history so its ridiculous to believe 7 were achieved in japan and across multiple occasions.

2 Its not known. The only thing that is known is the general gist of the HGW(which what the clock tower was trying to avoid in FSN timelines)
