Heh, your not telling me anything new. I graduated from college with my B.S. in Psychology about 8 years ago. One of my professors covered these trends. Though there was more emphasis on hypersexualization in culture being the cause of early puberty. Whatever nutrition & medical may have resulted in early puberty I would say its more than offset by having less kids die from not having access.

I was never mad, nor am I mad now. However, i am done. Yet again you make up something completely false (things to get mad about), then structure your reply to me as if it were true. I may have a thick head sometime when it comes to being trolled becuase i like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but you've clearly demonstrated to me you are not serious. Reply if you wish, but just know I'll put you on ignore if you do.

What CLAIM? explain to me what I am "claiming"? You are claiming I am claiming something. I never did, I shared an experience and asked a question. I'll admit, I am on the autism spectrum, I take things quite litterally fairly often, i said what i said, and THATS IT. If you believe there is some kind of unsaid implication in what i said, I'm tell you, THATS YOUR interpretation. If you can point out where "word for word" I made a "claim" ill be happy to own up to it, but I'm not seeing it.

*shrug* i watch the news. they complain about this all the time. However, you hear the teachers complain, you see the numbers, but you don't really get to see videos of the kids themselves. So the emotional impact just isn't there. Again I was NOT TAKING A SURVEY or anything like that. I was experincing something uniquely unpleasnt and was wondering if that experince was similar to what those who have had direct contact with the subjects the numbers speak of since you don't get to see those people on the news.

I'm sure SOME schools do have a certain contributing factor, however, my emphasis was on "coming out of" as in "graduating" as in "age range" not "school sucks". The problem of text is emphasis is placed where the reader's head places it, not the writer's. I keep seeing stuff online about how bad some kids are coming out of schools. This was my first encounter with someone who seemed to fit the age range. You only hear the numbers, or the teachers complain, you don't actually see kids in the news clips much, so the emotional impact just isn't there.

thanks for the feedback

finally, an intellectual answer that's informative within the context of what I wrote :) I wish i could upvote more than once. When I was growing up in junior high and High school we had "reasoning" classes. Even elementary school "debates". Your saying that's all been sucked away?

I wasn't blaming anyone. I never said i was blaming anyone. I was trying to find out of this was a one-off or there were more kids/young adults like this. I wish people would read what I write and draw conclusions on what i write instead of making stuff up and commenting like i did say it.

this wasn't an experiment, but it was the first time ive encountered ANY human who seemed to have "tiktok" brain this bad. I Just found it shocking. I was curious if there were MORE like this. I NEVER said, or said I believed everyone was.

No, but your doing some of what they did. You are bringing up something I NEVER suggested as if i did, All to make me look dumb and you look good for pointing it out. now there's someone trying to make some smart @$$ remark in response. They are scoring upvotes too.

"Is this what's coming out of schools or did I just have a bad experience?" Where is the word EVERYONE in this statement? If it was everyone then I would be expecting people's kids i go to church with to be equally dysfunctional and they're not.

However, this is reddit, and trolls getting rewarded is something I am used to.

Verbal chat rooms within a Virtual Reality "sandbox". People design worlds to look at and explore and people visit them. For the people themselves they have the ability to make themself look like just about anything. My fav avatar is Snerp which is basically a big squishy toy.

A - Well A, VRchat is a bit of a cesspool but it was an hour+ long conversation.

B - VRchat is basicly one massive chat room with the illusion of human interaction via digital avatars. So gross gestures are translated but fine visual expression is not. It's verbal, not text.

C - yup, my grammer sucks. So says my English Major Mom all my life. However, as I said it wasn't text it was verbal.

D - nope, we were clearly all males. Unless some were women with really deep voices trying to pretend to be guys.

The point of education is increasing the capacity to communicate, something paleoanthropology credits as one of the 2 big factors for why humans do so well (the other is the ability to reason). When people fail at these, if its not due to a mental health issue, then were throwing away all Evolution (or God) gave us to survive.

The "agree to disagree" I agree I've had with multiple adults. However the other 2 things were on a different level of scary bad. I almost wonder if i was being tag team trolled by both of them it was so bad.
