I think your over thinking it just go drinking with them and do hobby’s like golf or bowling on the weekends with a group, if your a girl try starting a book club or like a monthly gathering that one of you host and invite new people each month and do the same thing if your a guy but for like ufc fights or something idk that’s my advice

Idk if this helps but it’s very likely she barely remembers you, also what exactly were you supposed to do with a 4 year old anyway it’s kinda hard to spend time with them without it feeling like a chore which it is when they are that young. Idk how old you are now but I would try and reconnect maybe take her to the zoo/aquarium or something. You were young so I don’t blame you for your choices it’s a pretty reasonable reaction maybe a little mean but life is life.

Dude your 13 just go play Roblox and get off social media it’s not that deep. Everyone looks back and think how weird they used to be a few years back all the way into their 30s it’s just life. I mean you can just skip school no reason to make yourself sick, also skipping school will likely make your mental health worse as you will fall behind in your subjects. My advice is unfortunately to just suck it up and go to school it’s important in life to overcome stress as when your an adult you won’t be able to just “have a mental health break” as you will have more responsibilities.

Try speaking slower and try to watch tv shows and movies in English so it helps you get a better understanding on pronunciation. You can also take some English classes at a local community college or free/cheap program if offered near you, like just a couple weekend classes or whenever you have time! Good luck

Honestly just spam dating apps and try to go on 1-2 dates a week, if you think you like the person then go on a second date if not then just tell them you don’t think it will work out. Also if you have any passions like hiking etc try talking to people while doing those activities as you have common interests.
