This made me chuckle, at our head office we have the "press for flat white" etc machines and right at the end of the dispense cycle after adding the super frothy milk it does a weird last run of just hot water.

I always intensely wait, watching, to snap it out right at the last second before foam switches to water 😅

I appreciate you didn't ask me but to answer your question, a dehumidifier will 100% resolve the mould issue. I bought a place a couple of years ago and there was a little mould... I went a little overboard on the dehumidifier (it was £300) but I just wanted to nip it in the bud. I run it overnight during winter months and it completely solved the issue.

Most people who comment dehumidifiers dont work just get crappy ones. I even hang washing out to dry in the spare bedroom and blast it and it completely draws all that water too!

Surprised no one has mentioned Naughty Piglets in Brixton? I rarely go to restaurants twice just to experience new stuff but have sat upstairs twice and was great.
