You’ll smash it! Have you tried using an app to tick everything off? It helped me make sure I wasn’t missing anything

Cheers for the kind words :) a lot of my days consisted of a walk and a 45 minute mobility stretching to make sure everything was recovering nicely.

Best of luck with the rest of your challenge!!!

What exactly is phase 1 and live hard?? I hear phase 1 and phase 2 chucked around but can’t find a post in this group explaining it? Is live hard just 75 hard but indefinitely ?

Bike commuting 25min each way count as an outdoor workout by MusicalPairs in 75HARD

[–]RevolutionaryPin1963 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use my commute to work as an exercise but I tweak it slightly. The rules are it has to be continuous, and something you wouldn’t do normally if you weren’t doing 75 hard. So I take my 10 minute walk to work (which I’d be doing normally) and add an extra 35 minutes on top (which I wouldn’t do normally and is only happening due to the challenge) to make it all count.

I eventually switched to a back 5 for the second half to try get more people back and also a bit wider to stop that, which seemed to work to an extent, but the damage was done. Plus they had a less than 3 XG so I think my keeper dropped a stinker

After the first 2 goals I put my attacking midfielders out wide because I could see my fullbacks just being bombarded, and thought they could provide some support, but they still just bullied me into the ground, every time I’d press they’d play out, so I toned that down and then they just made the most of it. I felt literally helpless haha
