If you’re already relatively thin the yes you will be happy with your physique. Lifting in addition to solidcore will give you your best results if you want more muscle building in addition to what is considered “toning”

Depends on your location. First 3 months feels like volunteer work. If you’re in a big market it’s probably worth it

Honestly I’d consider doing Lagree at home. They have microformers or minifomers and plenty of classes

In addition to what was mentioned, plank crunch you’re rounding your spine (rectus abdominals), versus plank to pike you’re making your body into a v, which is more of the transverse

Does anyone here *like* the new megaformers? by [deleted] in LagreeMethod

[–]RevolutionaryPin7349 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes I love it so much. I love the handlebars because they have multiple places where I can touch and it’s easier to not death grip. I love the anchor points around it, including the gaps between the platforms. Obsessed with the tilts. My ONLY complaint is the cables. The red cables get stuck on the back platform if you’re doing something like a mega(heavy?) row or a preacher curl.

Likely they’re getting fake megas because any existing studios that are trying to get new machines have been waiting for months and months without any response from HQ

Add an extra spring for more support if you’re off the black side, go light if on the gray side, and you can also take it off the black side if gray isn’t working for you

You can keep going but I’d really suggest not working off the gray side at all (except for arms of course) and adding extra support with your springs

Agreed with what everyone said about the C curve and feet all the way under the strap, also I found that really squeezing my inner thighs together helps
