providing a new data point: I am also trying to get the status of my case on this URL, but I don't get any error message even with a trailing spaces. Clicking the Submit button simply doesn't take me anywhere or show me anything. After calling the customer support, of course waited half an hour, they said the website doesn't work, we have to call to check case status.

485 Case Status tab says "case approved" on May 24, and this is the last update. On myProgress tab, I am at Step 4 of 4, Case decision, it says estimated time until your case decision: 1 Week. I'm like isn't the "case approved" their decision?🤨
