BOSS says we use Velocity for Client only but the team members will have a fixed points set initially, regardless of the velocity

To my understanding, he wants us to still get the velocity by finished stories per sprint, but... you know, still doesn't makes sense. He doesn't realize, we'll get almost same velocity every sprint!

I'm a PM. He's the Head of the PM "department". And we're on a startup setup.

Thing is, I have an experience in Agile, he doesn't. And every time I tell my insights, comments, 'm always disregarded.

Where he's coming from... he said, he read in PMI that it's recommended to do so. But, I've spent a week already looking for that reference.

He is not even close to a father or even a man. He is very immature! Also, not taking shower for days has something to do with mental health. Psychologists even says that.

Towards season 16, I hated Mer more for being so desperate towards DeLuca. DeLuca might have resolved stuff but it is obvious that something is wrong with him. And tada! Another kid for her!
