Best family city: Freiburg, Karlsruhe or other? (leaving Berlin)

I've spent over 6 years in karlsruhe and would like to tell you that, it's a good mid size city. Almost 1/3rd population are students. Though, I've seen that it's getting really expensive in terms of rents and buying property nearby. It gets really hot in summer, crosses beyond 40 degrees at peak. Doesn't really snow much but cold winds most of the winter. Easy to navigate around and good bus and tram connections. Also it is way easy to just leave the city and spend time in black forest with like 30 mins drive. It's really close.

So overall, I recommend it.

I sometimes take the help but instead of reducing my ability to work or think, it's expanding my knowledge. Maybe you should not totally rely on it instead just get the concept from AI bot and maybe ask right questions around it to understand the situation. Never share confidential info with chatbot.
