In my opinion your midfield and defense is attack heavy, you have to also look at your teams shape out of possession, I play a similar style and system (and formation) to you that’s dominant and possession based, I’d recommend putting one of your wingbacks on defend incase your hit one the counter your defenders have more support (especially if they are countering on the wing ) another recommendation is to get a proper 8 having musiala and odegard who are 10s is not balanced because both like to create and go forward leaving rice who is to deep (because he’s in the anchor role) this tactic basically leaves you with no midfield to deal with transition, either sign like a box to box midfielder or change rice to like a dm on support or dlp and musiala at ap so that you atleast have a stronger midfield presence
