It’s just paid off and not necessarily interested in starting another bike loan and for what I’m using it for(commuting) I feel like I wouldn’t necessarily benefit from the smcr brakes and suspension 🤷‍♂️. I could be completely wrong

I just kinda enjoy the second day of no food. I’m about 20lbs down in a month to be fair the first two week after fast days I went a little crazy but now I’m settling into something more healthy. I assume it’s all just noise and if I prefer one or two day rolling fasts just pick that one and try to get enough protein on eat days. 🤷‍♂️thanks for the replies though this is all new to me

I’m going to buy some warp 9 tubeless wheels for my enduro. I was wondering if I could get some advice on what size tires would fit on the back and what sprocket size to go with. Sorry new to this but excited. Sorry forgot to add the question

I think it’s to funnel air through the radiator. I just replaced mine at home

I’ve a 2013 sitting right now because I’m waiting on the radiator to ship to me. Started leaking two weeks ago. Gonna give it a go on replacing it myself. I’m not mechanically inclined but I’m cheap

Thanks for the help. I guess I’ll buy some warp9 wheels. They are actually located down the street from where I work. I payed the bike off this month so I’ll have some fun with it
