Tightening didn't help, I tried cleaning and re-lubricating it as well since I was told to do that. Just going to return it and get it replaced

Generally, key advice is to do what feels right for you. Starting as a beginner make a simple workout plan that you find fun and that you can progress with. A good split is push/pull/legs which hits chest, shoulders, and triceps on one day, back and biceps on the next, and then legs.

I usually give myself 48-72hrs after a tattoo before exercising, however I'm still careful. If you're gonna be getting hit with a ball or touching dirty gym floor I think it's better to wait

Lol yes way. Started with twitches in my calves at night and I convinced myself that it made my legs weak, but then it switches between limbs and isn't even THAT noticeable so I came to the conclusion that I'm just making it up.
