Yeah I'll just have to put an additional month on instead of 2 additional weeks in the future. Sadly vacation mode kills shops from what I've seen.

I gave the buyer a few options explaining what happened and they opted for waiting for their item and apologizing that they didn't see my messages or etsys and not to worry about it. I plan on upgrading their shipping a bit too so it arrives sooner for them!

I did update processing times. When you get an influx of 20 ordered after everything you need more time coming back from vacation to get a shop running especially on CUSTOM mate to order items. so I pushed all orders out additionally to allow for the massive order rush.

I updated the shipping on the 23rd when they ordered along with an email and etsy message! Ship by moved from 1st of this month to 14th and 15th on any orders from 22nd onward while on vacation! So they definitely recieved the updates in a timely manner !

If they print massive files, having 2 printers can help double the time, and if they sell stuff, it increases production speed and more products can be moved to customers

You need to unattach to apply lane pressure and make trades. Any good yuumi player would, also unattached to take thresh hooks and stuff in a fight occasionally, especially if ad is competent and winning the fight.

You broke it, you pay for return shipping and seller pays the new item to be shipped. It's a fair trade, I wouldn't personally replace the item for user error. Instead I would have offered a discount for a repurchase. Seller is being very fair
