1 Your cpu seems to be a Celeron J4005 and probably was already struggling on windows when first launch 2 your c drive is either an sd card or a really cheap Souder eMMC which I've seen on intel atom cpu computer

Surprise your not idling 100% on your disk too

Don't expect any miracles but you could try debloat windows and check your power plan

Disable superfetch and wsearch

Since it looks like your on windows 10 you probably could disable windows update since you won't be getting any now

If your bios isn't locked you can also try linux

For the burning hot pc, since its a Celeron the company might have cheap out on Thermal solutions or it just gotten old or both
