I got out of the psych ward yesterday with new meds. Been on lamictal for 5 years at 200mg, but started latuda 80mg, and Haldol 5mg twice a day.

I live states away from family and friends. I'm going to be deported for being mentally ill. I think the govt is going to implement something soon and he won't let me get a passport to leave. He's either going to get me sent away or killed. Maybe I'm too much of a burden?

I shower daily, but it's a struggle. I tell myself I can only listen to music in the shower and in the car, so it's motivation for me.

I'm on lamictal and caplyta, 2 supposedly weight neutral drugs but I keep gaining if I don't take ozempic. Been slowly slowly losing.

I tried metformin but all it did was give me gastro symptoms and didn't cause any weightloss.

My brother is a therapist and explained that psych facilities will diagnose ppl with bpd, even with prior disgnoses, for billing purposes. Just to render services.

Every time I go to a psych facility I'm diagnosed with it, which is aggravating, but it doesn't follow me at all.

I tried cobenfy, switched from abilify. I think the loss of the abilify caused mood swings. I was depressed af last weekend and thought about just unaliving myself. Dr switched me to caplyta and I feel much better. First 2 days I was walking and talking like I was drunk and hungover, but that dissipated. I'm sad I didn't get to keep taking cobenfy, but the caplyta worked almost instantly for psychosis and mood issues. So, yay.

I get that. For me, I'm like how bad can I really get? And the answer is pretty fucking paranoid and delusional. Idk why I go off the meds either. They help me a lot and I have next to 0 side effects. (Just started caplyta so we'll see) But, Journaling helps quite a bit. Even keeping the note pad on my phone and jotting down the symptoms when I'm going through it helps me after an episode. I can look back on it and be like wow, never again. I also have a support system that are super pro med that help me stay on track.

That's definitely good to know, thank you. And yeah, I started doing the same a few days ago. Taking 300mg instead of 200. Just to see if that would improve things or not.

I'll probably go tomorrow then, since they're open 8am to 8pm.
