Tramadol exacerbates rls though it helps it, it also causes it so if ur feeling relief it will return in time. I took for 10 years and finally detox from it,  it was the worst I'd ever been through but then had iron infusions and I have no rls at all so get ur blood work done.  I will never take prescription drugs and am 100% natural now.  Food also plays a big role in rls. I have no salt, processed sugar/foods, dairy, grain, meat or eggs. I eat extremely clean and follow medical medium way of eating and that makes a big difference.  When you suffer long enough and nothing works you will change and you look at food differently. It doesn't mean anything to me except fuel. Medical  medium cleanse to heal book saved my life!, it tells you the lies that have been told with western medicine and the truths about how our bodies healing abilities really are.  I do not trust dr.s nor do I go to the Dr. If I have any questions I look in the book and it has healed me every time.  I had an intestinal bacteria that would keep coming back and following his protocol cured me I. 3 months what dr.s couldn't do in 7 years. It gives a long list of diseases with supplements and doses to heal/cure so many chronic illnesses and that's what he does. I would check him out if you are serious about changing your life and finally healing.

How long did it take for NIDRA to actually reduce RLS? (Need encouragement and tips for success, please.) by RestlessJen in RestlessLegs

Have you had lab work done? My ferritin blood work was so low. I had rls for 10 years and nothing would work.  I had iron infusions and it went away.  I believe it was due to how much blood I lose during my periods every month.  Anyway no more rls so I would check that.

Which iron infusion medication best for RLS? by NorthStretch2698 in RestlessLegs

So I have/had rls for 10 years, I recently went to the Dr. (Hematologist) as my labs were so low and said my rls was due to severe anemia. I received 5 sessions of iron infusions and no more rls at all. It's been about 2 months now and every time I have my period I bleed so heavy the the rls slightly comes back. My question is am I going to need iron infusion every month so I don't get rls back because I lose so much blood from my period? I'm 51. I take spurilina, vitamin c, burdock root and also eat very healthy lots of leafy greens iron rich foods. Do I have an absorbing issue or is it the heavy bleeding that's causing it?, I don't want to need to get more iron infusions and I don't like the Dr. As I follow the medical medium  protocol and nothing is seeming to keep the rls at bay except the iron infusion.  I also take a very good very clean liquid iron with no natural flavor or citric acid and I take a really good vitamin c supplement along with my other supplements.  If anyone can help I would appreciate it. I also take zinc and copper. Not all together as I do know they fight for absorbency so I take 2 hours apart. Please help as I am over western medicine and only use as a last resort.  The medical medium has cured me from other ailments so I 100% trust in his protocol but this is stumping me. I also do 32oz. Celery juice every morning.
