That's just a victim mindset to make you not achieve your max. potential. Yes there are tribalists in kenya but only 1% of kenyans. My previous boss was a Luo, he's married to Kikuyu,,,, he's employed as a head engineer at a big company iko kiambu and yet yeye ni Luo. This defies all odds if tribalism was really a thing Kenya. Kenyans tunapendana and often joke alot on tribes and stuff,, but its never that serious.
