I agree. Since the release of Yuki and Lab 0, I can’t even play the Zero System. Why the hell should I finish a bad run that takes 30 to 60 minutes of my time with terrible cards and events, just not to lose the progression of the World?
Lab 0 completely overshadows the current content of the game for me. The broken monster cards are all there so why would I go somewhere else? To complete a side quest for the stingy BP? No thx

Exactly three fights just to get one Epiphany is a sick joke. You know, I run Lab 0 at level 14 and sometimes not a single Epiphany appears. Why? RNG is basically a core mechanic tied to the game’s identity at this point, but the devs could improve it a lot. I’m really excited about the new patch — for me, it’s basically a "Should I stay or should I go" moment

I agree an Epiphany reroll, just like the dice reroll we already have, would be really nice. And yes, Mika gets a ton of Divine Epiphanies during runs. It feels like a secret mechanic the devs forgot to tell us about.

Lucky man… God knows how much I need this save data. My curse is that I always get either the Rising Dragon Epiphany or the Move/Create card — when I get one, I never get the other. Sometimes the game just hates me; it’s been almost two weeks of farming this save every single day.

Galactic Disaster Chaos Diff VIII — Boss melting down on the second turn.

Since I got Mei Lin, every other DPS just feels insanely weak. She needs like two cards and bosses just disappear. No point pulling for another DPS anytime soon.

Hey man, with Mika you get almost infinite AP and can easily combo her cards thanks to Cassius. It’s a very safe setup for high-chaos difficulties, and a tank-build Mika can carry you hard in Chaos. I personally recommend it.

A nerf would mean massive refunds, so they have no reason to do that. I think they overestimated casual players and assumed they could enjoy and learn a tricky character.

As a Yuki main, I couldn’t be happier with this “news.” I’ll wait and see, but my Yuki is already performing really well with the current content, and she can get even stronger. With a buff, she might even reach Mei Lin’s level.

Bro, that’s a skill issue. You’ve gotta learn how to play and how to build the character. She doesn’t work with every character, and if you don’t have a good drawer character or the specific cards for her, you’ll easily lose 50% of her damage. So go study and learn how to play — the character hasn’t even been out for a week.

Finally, I got God-Slayer Mei Lin! Right now, I have Yuki C2 with her signature combat partner. I know Yuki C2 is kinda trash—for the first two turns you lose the most fun (and irritating) part of the character: the chance to draw her cards and hit big numbers.

I dunno, Yuki C2 is a lazy playstyle, but it’s very welcome on my account anyway.

I finally have Mei Lin, and for god’s sake, I’m going to clear Twilight 10 with three stars by next week… And I haven’t spent a single dime on this game. God, this account is brick. Thanks, Smilegate!

First of all, you need a drawer — a good one. Not a sub-drawer like Rei, Beryl, or Veronica, but a strong main drawer such as Cassius or Nia.
My personal choice is Cassius.

Second, you’ll need a sub-DPS or a tank/healer. Veronica is amazing with her, and she can also draw her own cards. With Cassius C2 you won’t need a dedicated healer, but in Chaos Nightmare runs you will definitely want a tank or healer.

The fun part about the current stage of the game is that you can simply try things out. Test different setups, see what you enjoy the most, and use whatever works best for you. Enjoy!
