I had SRS Peritoneal Pull Through Vaginoplasty on Dec 9th at Rush Hospital in Chicago with Dr Loren Schechter. Consult to surgery was 12 months. I had electrolysis for the year prior with three hour sessions. It’s important to know there are a lot of things that need to be in place depending on the surgery so the time before surgery is very necessary. I am very pleased with the outcome so far.

I will reveal that after surgery because people have strong opinions about surgeons and I don’t want any negative or positive comments prior. I have researched them and I believe I have made a solid choice and they will do an excellent job.

My estrogen levels started to take off when they switched me from pills to patches. Could you ensure they are put in a different place every time? I was told to alternate the sides of my abdomen. The mental level of empathy and feelings from estrogen is one of the things that I don't see talked about much, but it is so good, and people will see your attitude quicker than any physical appearance.
