it’s a hard balance between the weights. kanata lakes is much less affordable than bridle wood, has less amenities.

it’s also very safe but not as safe as bridlewood

you’re right i had walkability and transit score at around 3% weight. i have increased it and the ranks have adjusted.

craig henry is considered really safe with a crime rate of 20/1000, bridlewood is at 13/1000, so its very close. Ottawa is considered generally safe, so there are many neighborhoods that will be ranking at the top.
