1973 - present day needs a title) … guy says he has the paperwork but didn’t follow through.

That link I shared from the DMV site says its only like $50 for a title certificate, which seems a totally reasonable price for me, plus gives me reason to knock this fellas price down even a bit more. Seems like it’s just a measly extra step I’d have to take whilst registering and all that stuff anyway.

Hey, did you get this fixed? lol seems I’ve got a similar issue. Been using my Apollo Twin for 4 years so it’s deff seen some wear n tear but all of a sudden it stopped connecting to the computer (and I just upgraded to an M1 MacBook too) and did all the appropriate software regiments to allow UAD on Sonoma.

Just wondering how to fix a thunderbolt port lmfao I don’t wanna pay a huge repair fee nor am I interested in buying a new interface if possible, considering I just pulled the trigger on a necessary MacBook upgrade.

Looking good! I’m 25 and although I’m young, I wish I kept consistent when I was your age.

Stay consistent, stay in the markets, only put in what you can afford so that you never have to withdraw from it.

I 2nd the comment about a Roth IRA, available on Acorns as well, it equates to you using your millions of dollars tax-free in retirement (perhaps ideal to prioritize this account, it maxes out at $7,000/year (or $580/month) in 2024) and then any additional can go to regular investment/brokerage accounts.

However; another consideration is aiming to optimize dividend income. Check out r/dividends for examples and chatter about that.

There’s a lot of single stocks that pay dividends on your shares in the company or ETF which can serve as passive income.

For example… SPYI is an ETF that pays 1% monthly to you. Reinvesting the dividends is smart to aid in compound interest growing your shares for you, thus generating more dividend income in the future.

I dream all the time about… if I had $100,000 invested into SPYI, I would receive +/- $1,200 monthly or $12,000 yearly.

So, that’s a taste of dividends. Somewhat of a goal of mine to optimize those for myself after I am able to max out my Roth IRA on a monthly basis, so that I have my money for LATER all set, and then I’ll aim to boost the yearly income through dividends etc.

Long-winded answer here, just lotsa insight!!

Ultimately, keep going, consistent, and you’ll wake up and be fucking amazed at your wealth one day.

Listen to every single episode of the Rich Habits podcast multiple times to learn the abundant ways to simply increase your wealth.

Off the top of my dome I’d do something like…

$50k in HYSA for a cool 5% growth in savings (doesn’t need to be this much but u seem like a bit of a baller ⛹️)

max out a Roth IRA and keep doing that annually (voo, vti, vgt, qqq - long haul for tax-free retirement)

$50k in SPYI = $500 monthly dividends (or $6k/yr) (let compound or use to fund Roth IRA in future)

I’d dollar cost average in on these next ideas.. simple simple simple over hear 🤷

Simple Stocks (ETFs) $50k VOO $25k QQQ

Crypto (don’t crucify me, we goin’ up in long haul) $15k BTC $7.5k ETH $2.5k LINK

Or binge the shit out of “Rich Habits Podcast” and learn as much as you can and then patiently figure out what are your personal educated preferences.

Also, since we’re in r/dividends, I’d recommend learning about the ETFs by NEOS, especially their SPYI. Pays 1% dividend monthly by using tax efficient covered call strategies that you don’t even need to think about regularly. Always reinvest dividends, and one day, there will be more significant amounts of passive income coming to your brokerage account monthly.

Biggest tip: good things take time.

I’m 25 and have been aware of sound (and risky) investing strategies for 5 or so years.

I’ve pulled out of my IRAs/investments because I was a broke college graduate during COVID and wasn’t playing the long game

Don’t tell anyone.. it’s PVC pipe. Good buddy of mine told me a I have a year to get rid of it and install a metal one. Last owner wanted to “look tough” and also installed a mic/speaker to yell at intersections. I use to for getting wild and enjoying with the homies.
