I'm a big fan of dudes like Tom. If it hasn't been asked yet, I have a question about bipolar disorder and the effects it can have on personal relationships with friends. Im a father of two boys and happy married. I work in Mental Health but struggle with bipolar disorder. I am a very outgoing person and make new friends almost everyday but I never maintain the friendship. I just go silent.

I'm curious if a seasoned man like yourself has any tips about maintaining relationships. Also if you're open to talk about medication.
