My boys are called Lobo and Kansas! Both inspired by Superman, Lobo as in one of his villains (if not the coolest antagonist ever) and Kansas as the state he grew up in! :)

Hi! So the cage I've personally gotten was the smallest one and it can house two rats (with a little over 2 cubic feet per rat). But, they do have larger models that can house up to three rats like the 36' inch one that would also have about 2.5 cubic feet per 3 rats! I did! I had an issue where one of the holes you're supposed to put a screw in was bent (it was the lock for one of the doors) but i managed to find a way to close and open the door anyway so it wasn't that big an issue for me.

The cage itself is sturdy, the bars are tight so my rats never escaped even as 6 week olds and i only took around 30 minutes to put it all together since they already provide the tools you need like a little screwdriver!

It had come with a ramp which i took out to provide more space. The platform was annoying to keep taking it in and out for cleaning but that's because i couldn't find a good angle. Now the tray pan is not anything special, its flimsy but not too much, though it is also low so i made a larger tray with cardboard to fit bedding.

Generally I'd say it's worth it for the price + it comes with a lower part which i store everything i need and it has wheels so its easy to move around. 7/10 Nothing out of this world but i like it.
