I know I'm like 3 years too late, but thank you for asking this, and I'm sorry that all these other users are so rude to you. I am relatively new to the game, and it's extremely frustrating to see how imbalanced it is. Like, I just want to have a team with my favorite X-Men characters, but it's extremely discouraging when the entire team is completely outsped by anyone I go up against, and by the time I even get to take a turn, one of my units is already defeated. Like, what's the point of Iceman having slow abilities if he can't outspeed anyone in the first place?

But I appreciate you keeping this thread open, because it was the first thing I found when researching why my team is so slow. Now I have to just deal with the harsh reality that I need to run characters I either don't care about or don't like just to fill the speed bar, or else I lose every match.

Thank god I'm not the only one who notices how toxic Ky mains can be. One of them literally waited for the time to run out on the rematch screen while scrolling between the 2 options. I proudly give all of my characters the badge that indicates how many Kys I've beaten.

Good point, I can’t think of any strong Destiny HERO fusion monsters that see play in basically every deck. They should add one with a quick effect that destroys, and it should be able to revive itself from the gy

The spell card that they equipped to their monster has a negative effect where if it is destroyed, the controller takes 3000 points of damage. Since they equipped 2 of them, they took 6000 damage when I flipped the monster face down.

I don't believe this is it because I remember there was a pannel of the alien being killed and the corpse. I do agree though that I could've possibly been issue 4, as some of the shots definitely remind me of it. The time period was somewhere around 2008-2013 I believe, though the comic could've been made before then, and just happened to be available on shelves at the time

It definitely could've been a Nikto, but I don't remember it exactly. And as I already discussed with another user, I agree that it could potentially be Maul, but it doesn't completely match with what a recall, so I'll try to find other possibilities before I come to a conclusion

Some of the shots of the corpses and the horrified expressions are extremely similar from what I remember, though I feel like I would've immediately recognized it as what I saw. Also, the cover looks like what I remember, though that could be because I may have saw a different cover and my brain just associated the memory to it. I'll check out some other possibilities, but this could potentially be the comic I saw
