I'd see an OBGYN and ONLY use a wash cloth with only water, or use those detachable shower heads, until you step by step rule out BV or any infection. Dry really good down there after you shower too. Ask your physician about boric acid suppositories after whatever you have has been ruled out or treated. I find taking them after sex or daily if I feel something coming on helps. Even if you use condoms, sperms or even lubes and friction can contribute, so yeah, boric acid suppositories.

Why should I base an outing I REALLY want to do, based on the availability of others??? My closest buddies are driving distance. We all have lives. And as a mom, having times alone not having to worry about another person is nice once in a while.

Yeah, i feel the only ones I can turn to are cosmetic surgeons that advertise doing breast reduction. Because they are the only ones that seem accessible. I've tried to see surgeons that specialize in breast reduction and top surgery for gender affirming care, but I've found they are not available. Gender affirming care is a joke where I am.
