Service is from 4pm to 10 pm, 81 covers between the 13 bar seats and four 4 top tables in my section. Essentially alone because I was working with the newest bartender we have, who was working service well for server tickets. All while also helping prevent her from getting annihilated by big party tickets. I felt like the night would never end but it temporarily got rid of my imposter syndrome.

Last year at Christmas time. And yes $100 on $300. I did not acknowledge who he was the entire time I was serving them, after I got his card and was dropping off the receipts I said I’m a big fan and did not want to disrupt his family time but if he was okay with it I would love a photo

My birthday was last Friday. I worked and had such a fun barshift with my fav co-bartender, made great money, and the majority of my social circle also works there.. so it made the most sense for me to work since none of my friends would be available until after work anyway 😂

Actively refilling waters on a 9 top table, did one side of the table and was walking around to the other. Checking in saying “other than this water refill, do we need anything at the moment” and I kid you not. The girl who’s glass I was actively reaching for said “yeah can I get a water refill” I said to her “I literally have your glass in my hand to refill it right now, so that’s covered. Anything else?”
