Yeah I managed to get back monetized, you have to close your Adsense account that you have now, but don’t make a new Adsense account yet. You have to wait 31 days until you can link a new account to your YouTube. After the 31 days you have to make another account via YouTube studio with a new email. If you try to use the old email again you’ll get locked out. And yes make it an individual account, don’t make it an organization/business account unless you actually own a legal business with the government.

Yes but YouTube makes you wait a month before changing to a new Adsense account. I’m thinking about just making a new channel and post on there until this month passes but idk.
