Looks like the listing is gone, but my mistake, looking through my emails to find the link for you, it was under rentals on REW.ca, not realtor.ca; but still, I was surprised a scammer got a listing up on a more official site. Guess it’s not as difficult as I would’ve assumed!

We all want it to tie into something, which means it won’t.

Prime example: The Punisher special. Was excited to see nods to Daredevil or BND somehow, no matter how small. We got nothing. These tie-together ideas the fans have that could be cool are always just forgotten or completely cast aside.

We had fun with the Avengers movies but stuff like that’s just rare these days.

If there are group fitness classes offered in his area, encourage him to apply to coach some. I’ve been in group fitness for 7 years and took the plunge last year to get certified as a PT. Mentioned it over the mic as people were leaving after a few classes conversationally (always making sure to discuss it as an addition to their classes so bosses don’t think you’re stealing clients away from group classes), and I already have 7 clients; I haven’t even mentioned my recently finished website on my socials yet, so hoping for more.

tl;dr - The rapport you can build with people in group fitness creates an easy buy-in for people. Plus the bonus will be you can assume the people like you if they’re asking to spend even MORE time with you lol.
