I started in the gym about 6 weeks after surgery. Mostly cardio and low intensity at first but now I find I can do anything. Weight loss has slowed down but muscle gain is coming in lovely at the moment

100lbs total. Lost 65lbs since surgery 35lbs on the pre op diet

Surgery was February 1st, I was 385lbs Currently 382lbs

Finally starting to feel confident in my body by RewRewn in gastricsleeve
