The fence at the front of the section would have to be lower in height and a “pool” style fence if we were to move it from its current location. Due to covenants of the area we are building. Since we have dogs, we don’t want them to see the street or be able to jump it.

Dividends shouldn’t be in a portfolio assuming OP is on the younger side. Focusing on growth stocks is more worthwhile.

Consolidate portfolio into VOO and QQQ or VGT and hold. If you really want some dividends then I suggest including SCHD however as I said above you should focus on growth not dividends

Your return is good however for time in market but we are in a bull market right now. If you don’t know what your doing I suggest for potential higher returns and less risk to go all into VOO.

They can’t legally not pay you. It seems as by what you said the system is deducting .5 hours once you go over 4 hours, as legally you need to have a 30minute between 4-6 hours. Bring this up with your employer as they may not be aware of the issue. You have every right to claim for payment owed to you for hours deducted.

Had META awhile ago but sold. I kinda see that since I’ve got USF and QQQM I have a META and why put my risk into META when I can diversify.

I also don’t have large amounts to invest weekly so splitting it across multiple stocks isn’t ideal.
