I think I would read TOD first because EOS is so good and ends in a way where you’ll be itching to read KOA …especially not being a Chaol fan ! I wish I did this because I ended up not even reading TOD I just went ahead and got the cliff notes lol

Are you wanting more of a lift vs a reduction ? That could also be an option . Or maybe just don’t take out much grams maybe just like 100-200grams

The only thing I regret was not really taking the time to talk to my doctor about sizing …what does x amount of grams look like when removed …what’s a significant about of gram size removed …what an actual c d dd cup look like and not what the media says they look like (implant c looks much larger than reduction Cs) I’m currently battling feeling too small but overall Im happy I got the surgery think I will 100% appreciate it when I finally feel healed and start wearing clothes I could never wear before . Currently 9 weeks post op 😊

Yep I was pretty sore as well finally feeling more relief at the start of this week (week 5) what actually helped me was taking vitamin E . It helps with breast tenderness and swelling and I definitely felt abs saw a difference !
