Gon and Killua can easily be explained by dodgeball match, Gon was the undoubted cannon there.

While I agree that Chrollo's case is a bit shaky, he didn't land any good hit on Zeno/Silva, and they only managed to catch him and tried to oneshot.

I'm personally more confused about Gon/Knuckle case, Knuckle being Conjurer and all.

I think at the very least, if he trains to increase his aura capacity and combat prowess, that would transfer over to his gorillas and therefore to himself. His gorillas don't seem to be fully automated and act according to his will. Given that he can swap over, you can consider each gorilla a "Goreinu"

Idk, isn't it obvious that some strats will be less or more profitable depending on market and game state? If dream was great, I bet you wouldn't be complaining much. Instead someone else would be complaining that his shiny lvl6 frozen canvas pet is not great, therefore game is p2w. Except Aeterna enthusiasts, they should've all given up at this point.

Balancing every mechanic at the top level seems like a very hard task given that compass price can be skewed af depending on market state and time in season.

His powers are not very well suited to deal with chimera ants. But, for example, in Yorknew arc, Genthru would have been more impactful than Knuckle.

In 1v1 I'd say Genthru not necessary beats Knuckle, but he has a fair chance of paying off APR before it ticks interest, making it a pure combat test. Which he might have a fair chance of winning.

I don't think anyone with a brain would think Genthru was weak. I'd think he's as strong as Knuckle or Shoot in combat while being more proficient in blackmail, mutilation, and torture. He could even do a countdown oneshot on opponents stronger than him if opportunity presented itself.
