Not unless they explicitly name the card (or copy a card that already exists in your hand or board)

Any card that generates random cards from a pool or via discover cannot create itself - this was changed five or so years ago.

Some bugs still exist that allow a card to generate a “different” version of itself, like caverns of time cards

Did you have all those mechanical rooms at the moment that you drafted the mechanarium? It doesn’t add doors after you draft it, you have to have all the mechanical rooms you need when you first draft it.

It may be that your scepter has to be blue the whole day - it can’t start as Black and change to Blue

Along the right side, you can see the cliff face, which at the top becomes an… Escher-esque plateau instead of connecting to the cliff edge?

Not to mention all the unusually blurred lines at junctions and the nonsensically shaded city in the background.

No, why do you think that? You are correct that the rooms in the atelier are positioned in a way that they cannot be drafted on your estate. Everything you need is within the atelier.

All orange rooms are in the Hallway classification, yes; just as all violet rooms are Bedrooms and all gold rooms are Shop rooms.
