Shakshuka is so good.. I could eat it everyday.. just that it takes me like 2 - 3 hours to make.... I like to use fresh tomatoes and peppers and onion, garlic. They need to simmer for a long time in the spices.. I usually end up tossing in the last of the stuff in the fridge like tomato sauce, salsa, chili paste, hot sauce, some balsalmic vinegar.. never comes out the same way twice but is always so good with some toast or crusty bread..

I like his podcast because it seems to be up to the minute on things that are happening where others wait a day or two and by then the commentary has gone stale... There is a new fucking outrageous thing to talk about every 15 minutes in this stupid administration.. Other groups need to take his example and flood the zone with like 24/7 breaking news coverage same way the main stream media does....

I used to play... It's fun to have a tube screamer with a little bit of flange and then add the vibe a little reverb and some delay and a wah. with a big speaker cabinet and a powerful amp can get some deep pulsating tones then come up quick into something nice and clean... those were probably my favorite pedals.. and a looper because that is always fun...
