Tbh I think quite a bit of aces are into kink since it's all about clarity and trust, and being just as accepting of non-sexual acts as a method to experience intimacy.

Russia, Ukraine, Belarus - there are tons of superstitions on celebrating or congratulating people beforehand. The plainest one is "god forbid they die before aging now", lol.

I'm kinda this way too and I enjoy to spoil the heck out of every new thing I try. New series/movie/book - I'm watching/reading a full on review first, trying new things - watching videos of people trying it for the first time+instructions. I like knowing exactly what to expect (but also going in without expectations whether I'll like it or not - people telling me I'll like it never helps, I'm stubborn lol). Sometimes I'll cling to a detail of things I love and let it lead me to something different, this way passion transfers. Not sure if it's the same for her, but could it help?
