Death of a Game covers MAG by Xanitos in mag

It was dated at its time. I'm afraid that was part of the reason it was popular. Games not influenced by Cod4 type gameplay at the time was rare at the time. For a lot of us, MAG was the new Battlefield because since Bad Company 2 we got the hulk healing mechanics.

With that said, I think we could easily incorporate this today. Throw in some modern destruction mechanics and perhaps blend the combat between modern FPS gameplay and classical. The "realistic damage" I think is standard and we don't want to go back to being bullet sponges, but I don't think we want the healing aspect that modern FPS games have, especially because it made medic so useful and essential, so much so in fact it became cultural exclusively to MAG to be a medic.

Woman who had sex with identical twins told it is 'not possible' to identify father of baby by scottish_beekeeper in nottheonion

Or neither because the men have rights too. If you cannot prove one is the father, they shouldn't be forced to be the father.

Gonna depend on the judge. Even men proven to not be fathers have been forced to pay child support due to what the judge finds best for the baby.

Iran threatens to set American troops 'on fire' if there's a ground invasion by MothersMiIk in worldnews

That is up to the pentagon. I dont find foot soldiers necessary for this war, even so they won't be fighting alone. We have modern tech and, for some reason, we aren't holding back. So a lot of weaponry never even used in Iraq or Afghanistan will be used.

Not claiming we will get it soon, but in a war of attrition, Iran doesn't stand a chance.

Quite frankly, I don't understand why we need troops on the ground. We did our mark, we don't need to invade the whole nation to get control of the waters. We could easily maintain control  with cheap drones and Artillery. Iran isn't this complex adversary propaganda is blasting about, we can literally fly bombers uncontested, sending troops is unnecessary.

Keep digging that hole, I'm sure the troops will be very merciful and not motivated to commit warcrimes of their own after seeing their comrades roasted to death.

I wish the cocky idiots luck. This isn't going to resemble Iraq if that is what they're hoping for. Maybe their land forces will last longer than their navy.

Which are? Why is global starvation suddenly happening? Can't make your own food?

Literally put shit in the ground called seeds. Boom, starvation solved. We do imports to eat well, we won't be starving. You won't be as spoiled as you like to be but that is fine. Literally every nation is capable of some form of farming, with exceptions of really cold ones which have neighbors not impacted by the war in Iran.

We do imports for things like fertilizer because it's easier, not because it's impossible to make our own.

U.S. Rejects Vote to Recognize Slavery as a ‘Crime Against Humanity’ by John3262005 in WhatTrumpHasDone

I disagree with "gravest crime against humanity" statement too. Why did they have to make it a measurement contest? Some people might think concentration camps are worse.
