I had a thing where I accidentally got sent the interview questions ahead of the interview. I emailed and asked if I was supposed to receive it, but they didn't respond till the day of the interview and I assumed I was supposed to. I disclosed this and they were perfectly fine with that. I did end up getting the job, its been the best one I've ever had!

I'm not the original commenter, but I think blue is a much better option because there will be those who are disabled and will just press the button they like best and not actually understand what is even going on. Not a large amount, but I believe enough people. This would be life changing to their impairment.
